Premo provides tools and information intended to help users understand on-street parking conditions and restrictions. Some information may be submitted by users or derived from public sources. The Services are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Parking Information Disclaimer

Parking rules, restrictions, and conditions may change and may not always be accurately reflected in the Services. Users must always verify parking restrictions by checking official street signage and local regulations before parking. Official street signage and local regulations always take precedence over any information displayed in the Services.

The Services should not be relied upon as the sole source of parking information. Premo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of parking information and is not responsible for fines, penalties, towing, or any losses arising from reliance on the Services.

Drivers are solely responsible for complying with all parking laws, signage, and local regulations when parking their vehicle.

4. Location, Reminders, and Notifications

Premo may offer location-based features, reminders, and notifications. Premo does not guarantee that reminders, notifications, GPS/location accuracy, or location-based features will operate without interruption or error.

5. User Contributions and Community Data

Users may submit parking information, reports, edits, images, or other content (“User Content”). Premo may not independently verify all User Content. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any User Content they submit.

By submitting User Content, you grant Premo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and display), publish, and distribute that User Content as part of providing and improving the Services.

Premo reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict access to User Content at its discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Services or use them for unlawful purposes
• attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorised access to the Services
• scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Services without permission
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or underlying algorithms (except to the extent permitted by law)
• remove copyright or proprietary notices

7. Rewards, Points, and Leaderboards

Premo may provide optional reward systems, points, or leaderboards for engagement purposes. These systems may be modified, reset, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other compensation.

8. Intellectual Property and Licence

All content, branding, software, and materials within the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by Premo or its licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, Premo grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the Services.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, fines, penalties, towing costs, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

Premo may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

12. Changes to Terms

Premo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
